Our Team
Jordan Biel
I track about 50% of all the parts for artists. (of course bands track 90% or more). I play guitar, drums, bass, keys, uke, program & write string parts & add BGVs. I’ve been passionate since I was a teen about how different guitars & piano sounds, even snares can create a vibe and feeling.
I’ll also be producing your album and giving the final mix. On occasion I’ll reach out to two producer friends of mine to get their ears on a mix, like Ryan Robb, but I’ll be with you for final mixes all the way until you are thrilled with your songs.
Andy Erb
Andy also has been playing Trumpet & other instruments for over 20 years. He brings his smooth touch to many of our albums. You can find him on many of our recent projects such as Sound of Fusion, DJay, Andrew Slater and more.
Andy also teaches at Grove City College and is well respected locally as one of the best!
Christina Rosser
Christina’s cello brings a fresh touch to almost every album we produce! Cellist Christina Rosser started her cello studies at age eight under the Suzuki Method. She was a student of Deborah Newcomb N OH Cello Academy when she won the 96 Akron Youth Symphony Concerto Competition. She continued her studies with Michael Haber at the University of Akron, earned her Master’s Degree in Music Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music, completed work in Case Western Reserve University’s doctoral program where she focused on the baroque cello, the viola da gamba, and the medieval vielle. Christina currently teaches cello at Hiram College, baroque cello at Case Western Reserve University, and cello at Camerata Musical Arts in Akron.
Winner of University of Akron Concerto Competition, Tuesday Musical Club Competition, Cleveland Cello Society competition. She also plays with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and has performed with Josh Groban, Barry Manilow, Olivia Newton-John, Rod Stewart, Dave Stewart, Tommy Lee, and Kanye West.
Matt Jackson
Matt studied at YSU and continues to blow our minds with his smooth, rich upright bass! You can find him featured on albums by Andrew Slater, Elyse Nicole, Jordan Biel & more.
Daniel Eschman
Dan has a knack for finding the pocket like few guitarists I know. You can hear him on projects by Will Collens, Jordan Biel, Juleah & more.
Alex Miller
Alex is a multi-instrumentalist but most often brings his Saxaphone skills to Innovate Records. His ability to find the pocket and augment a song is unbelievable. He studied Jazz Saxaphone Performance at Youngstown State University. He currently studies Music Composition and Saxaphone Performance at the HARTT School.
Jeremy Lucas
Jeremy studied Jazz at Youngstown State University and excelled in their program, quickly learning Neo-soul, jazz blues and classical piano. He is an incredible part of our team and ready to go when you want your songs to have a little more color and interest than your standard chording.
Jeff Foos
Foos. Just say the name and try not to impressed. This guy is BOSS! Jeff’s playing is as sweet as his spirit. His grooves are as tight as a worship leader’s skinny jeans. Want your song to rock? Ask for Foos.
Sharon Nicholas
Sharon’s violin playing brings a professional touch to every song she plays on. You can hear her prominently on tracks like Forevermore by Jordan Biel, Majesty by Mikel Lagaras, Spirit Wind by Will Collens, and Love Is Coming by Jordan Biel. Take a listen.
Jay Hinrichs
Need Slide Guitar? We’ve got it. Jay is multi-instrumentalist who can bring a warm southern touch to any project we give him. Jay also does guitar repairs at Hubbard Music.
Jeremiah See
Jeremiah has been playing guitar since 2005 and brings smooth tones to every song he joins.
Ryan Robb
Ryan was awarded two positions at the prestigious Music Dept at Liberty University for his outstanding guitar playing and live mixing. Ryan brings electric guitar, programmed keys & percussion and additional mixing to various IR projects.
Allison Thomas
Allison adds incredible Background Vocals to many of our songs created at Innovate Records. Her smooth tone and love for Jesus brings a breath of fresh air to every single song she records on.
Danielle Biel
Danielle adds a warmth to every track she joins with her smooth alto harmonies and love for Jesus. In case you can’t tell by the last name, this is Jordan’s wife and girlfriend since he was 15.
